This letter is to advise you that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed the Operational Quality Assurance (QA)
Program submitted for Three Mile Island Unit 2 (UtI-2) and find it acceptable for application to "Ihree Mile Island Unit 1.
You are therefore requested to submit a schedule for implementation of the 'Dil-2 Operational QA program at Three Mile Island Unit 1 in accordance with our prior correspondence (NRC letter of April 24, 1975 and Met Ed reply of May 23, 1975) and agreement in this raatter.
