Dear Mr. Backus:
This letter is written in response to your letter of September 11,1979, i n which you requested advice regarding the anticipated schedule for action on your two petitions concerning the construction permits for the Seabrook Station.
Your petitions are being treated under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Comission's regula-tions. A memorandtm filed by the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution (NECNP) in support of your position is being considered in conjunction with your petitions.
We anticipate that action will be taken on both of your petitions by November 1979. You will, of course, be informed of any action taken on your petitions.
