We received your July 24, 1979 letter, which transmitted your guard training and qualification plan in accordance with Appendix 3 of 10 CFR 73.
Please note that, upon completion of the review of the subject plan, a fee will be assessed in jects) and Footnote 4 of $accordance with Category 13 (Special pro-170.31 the enclosed Part 170.
