EUGENE ROSOLIE, PRO SE, AND COALITION FOR SAFE F0WER FIRST SET OF INTERROCATORIES TO LICENSEE, PHASE II Eugene Rosolie,ptu se, and the Coalit6on For Safe Power hereby requests that Licensee, pursuant to 10 CFR 2 740b, answer separately and fully, in writint ader oath or affirmation, the following interrogatorie~ within 14 days after service hereof.
For each response to the interrogatories listed below, identify the person or persons who prepared, or substantially mntributed to the preparation of the response.
We further request that the Licensee, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.741, provide mples of, or make available for our inspection the documents designated by the Licessee in response to certain of the accompanying interrogatories within 30 days after service thereof.
Interrogatory 1 Supply copies of All LERs that have occured since December of 1978.
Include copies of written reviews of such LERs by the Plant Staff and the Nuclear Operations Board.
Interrogatory 2 What revisions have been made to PGE 1020?

Interro gato ry 3 Supply copies of all zuendments to Technical Specification issued since they were first approved by the NRC.
Interrogatory 4 Supply copies of all proposed zuendments to Technical Specification now before the NRC or planned to be submitted to the NRC within the next 6 months.
Interragatory 5 Supply a copy of PGE 1012.
Interrogatory 6 Supply all information and studies determining the advantages or disadvanuages of doing the proposed modification work during the next scheduled refueling.
If Licensee has no such information or studies state why?
Interrogatory 7 Explain how workers entering cable room will be supervised in order to aviod stepping on cables and aviod dropping washers on cables?
Interrogatory 8 Explain the function of supply transformer,120 VAC Control Powerfroa RDMG to Rod Control (X-56), Logic and Power. Provide Technical Specifications, manufacture, effects of drilling and protection during modification work.
Interrogatory 9 In response to Consolidated Intervenors Interrogatory 7 I-icensee states,"They will be given training..." How long will this training last? Who will do the Training?

Interrogatory 12 Give the location, equipnent served, technical specifications and how effected by modification work for the following cables: DFB-188, DI-1015, BB-1142, AB-1080, BBA-747, AB-1010 and BB-1137 Interrogatory 13 State the purpose of the process steam feedwater pipe at elevation 45ft.
Interrogatory 14 List all non-safety related eyaipment, piping, cables that will be affected by m4dif-ication work that is used to perform safety functions (this means to keep the plant operating in a safe mnditic.t or to assure that the plant is brought to a safe shutdown.)
