In response to IE Bulletin 78-12, dated September 29, 1978, as amended by IE Bulletina 78-12A r.nd 78-12B, the Omaha Public Power District's reactor vendor, Combustion EngineerinC (CE), submitted a generie report to the Corniscion entitled "Information Requested by I&E Bulletin 78-12, Atypical Weld Material in Reactor Pressure Vescel Welds" (cee Enclosure 1). This report hac been certified by CE to addrecs all applicable caterials used in the fabrication of the Fort Calhoun reactor vessel (see Enclosure 2).
