The letter from Dr. Peck is discussed in the NRC Staff testimony on that subject and will be offered as an exhibit to Vepco's supplemental tes-We propose to have Mr. Cartwright participate on

timony, the panel of witnesses who will present Vepco's testimony on pump house aettlement.

I am serving this letter and the attached documents on the other parties to this proceeding.

Copies of this letter, without the attachments, are being sent to the Commission's Docketing & Service Section.

The NRC Sisff's testimony on pump house settlement notes several errors 'n the plotting of settlement data in the figures conta.ned in the document entitled " Tables and Figures for Pump House Settlement Testimony, North Anna Units 1 and 2, Virginia Electric and Power Company,"

which we submitted to you on April 27, 1979.

Vepco has confirmed these errors and found a few additional errors in Table 1 of that document.

I am advised that all the errors are small and do not affect the conclusions reached in Vepco's testimony.

Vepco is already revising the tables

The errors noted above will also be cor-rected, and this document will be resubmitted to the Board and other parties sometime prior to the hearing.
