NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Edward Luton, Esq., was Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for the above proceeding.
Because he is trans-ferring to another Federal Agencv, where he will serve as an Adninistrative Law Judge, M Luton is unable to continue his service on this; Board.
Accordingly, Andrew C. Goodhope, Esq., whose address is 3320.Estelle Terrace, Wheaton, Maryland 20906, is appointed Chairman of this Board.
