As requested by Mr. C. E. Murphy's letter of April 1.1, 1979 a supplemental response to IE Inspection Report No. 50-369/79-11 follows:
Since our initial response to IE Inspection Report No. 50-369/79-11 dated April 2, 1979, the damaged cable has been meggered and indicated an apparent Iailure of one conductor. A shutdown request was issued and subsequently the cable replaced on May 3, 1979. This action was documented on Nonconforming Item Report No. 8753.
