Your telegram of April 2, 1979, concerning the Duke Power Company's proposed Perkins Nuclear Plant was received by this office.
At the present time the Commission is assessing the impact of the Three Mile Island experience on licensing and I will inform you of the results of that study as soon as it is avail-able.
We appreciate your interest in this matter.
Since the subject of your message concerns an adjudi-catory proceeding, copies of your telegram and this reply will be served on all the parties in the Perkins proceeding and also filed in the Commission's Public Document Rooms.
