Export of Special t'uclear Material This letter refers to an inspection of General Electric Ccapany's activities authorized under NRC License XSNM-1365 by Messrs. A. Wieder, Y. Kobori, B. Riedlinger and R. Fish of this office at San Francisco International Airport, February 26, 1979.
Their inspection consisted of tests and verifications of activities incident to the export of special nuclear material according to re-quirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, "Special Nuclear Material," and Part 71, " Packaging of Radioactive Material for Transport and Transportation of Radioactive Material Under Certain Conditions."
No apparent items of noncompliance were found.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of our findings on your control ad accounting procedures for safeguarding 790423039-1
General Electric Company IM 21 B79 special nuclear materials are exempt from disclosure. Therefore, the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
