flRC Inspection This refers to the inspection conducted by fir. J. B. Baird of this office on December 6,1978 of activities authorized by NRC License flo. 56-18173-01 and to the discussion of our findings held by fir. Baird with f4r. John Sherman at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions.of your license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
During this inspection, it was found that certain of your activities appeared to be in noncompliance with flRC requirements.
The items and references to the pertinent requirements are listed in the enclosure to this letter. These items have been categorized into levels as described in our correspondence to all NRC licensees dated December 31, 1974, a copy of which is enclosed.
This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201, of the flRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Section 2.201 requires you to submit to this office, within twenty (20) days of your receipt of this notice, a written statement ej,9 Q 3 2 3 N
