NOTICE OF VIOLATION Honolulu Police Department 1455 S. Beretania Street Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 License No. 53-12987-01 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on December 11,1978, one activity under your license appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements as identified below:

Contrary to License Condition 13, the temperature control mechanism of the gas chromatography unit was set to a temperature of 240 degrees centigrade at the beginning of the inspection on December 11, 1978 and, therefore, was not capable of preventing the hydrogen-3. foil temperature from exceeding the limit of 225 degrees centigrade.
