Dear Mr. Goodwin:
The Commission. has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 37 to Facility Operating License NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in respo,nse to your request dated August 10, 1977, as supplemented and amended September 1,1978 and January 19, 1979.
This amendment revises the limitir.g conditions for operation and surveillance requirements for safety-related hydraulic shock suppressors (snubbers).
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
