We are submitti.ng herewith 25 copies of the North Anna Power Statior Environmental Radiological Monitoring Program - Quarterly Report covering the period of July 1,1978 through' September 30, 1978 We have reviewed the enclosed reports and find the ' field moni-toring and assay effort are adequate with respect to program objectives.
We note no significant change in background levels of radioactivity in the vicinity of the North Anna Power Station.
