Export of Special Nuclear Material This letter refers to the inspection of your activities authorized under NRC License flos. SNf1-1227, XSNM-lll2 and XSNM-1278 conducted by Mr. Arnold V. Wieder, of this office, at Exxon Nuclear Company on January 15, 1979 Mr. Wieder's inspection consisted of discussions with Exxon personnel, tests, observations and verifications of activities associated with the preparation of your low enriched uranium shipment for export according to provisions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, "Special fluclear Material," and Part 71, " Packaging of Rar'ioactive Material for Transport and Transportation of Radioactive Mate.ial Under Certain Conditions."
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements bere identified within the scope of this inspection.
