tablished. Following completion of the work about 8 hr. later.the work 4

group failed to notify the shift that they were finished, and the watch

was teminated. Later on the same shift,the operator noticed the error 6

l during normal inspection of the area.and icrediately restored the fire 7 l l

detecticn sys. to normal. Safety significance of the event is minical.
