Omaha Public Power District Fort Calhoun Station, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-285 l'0TICE OF DEVIATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted during the period December 11-15, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in conformance with your comitment to the ConTnission as indicated below:
Section I.1 of your NRC approved Licensed Operator Requalification Program (revised flay 13,1974) requires that an annual written examination be conducted and that, following the examination, a report be issued suninarizing weak topical areas.
In deviation from the above, no sunmary report was issued following the 1977 annual examination which was conducted in January and February, 1978.
