NOTICE OF CONTINUATION OF HEARING On September 5, 1978 the Nuclear Regulatory Commission remanded to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for a further hearing the issue of whether Carolina Power and Light Conpany has the management capabilities to construct and operate the proposed Shearon Harris nuclear power facility without undue risk to the health and safety of the public.
Please take notice that the evidentiary hearings on the remanded issue will commence on February 27, 1979 at 9:00 A.M. at the following location:
