Dear Mr. Gamill:
In response to your leti.er, dated October 2,1979, Florida Power Corpora-tion will accept the described training as an equivalent to the basic radiation safety training course presented at Crystal River Unit 3.
How-ever, we would like members of the NRC staff visiting Crystal River Unit 3 to review RP-101, " RADIATION PROTECTION MANUAL," in order for them to be informed on Florida Power Corporation's philosophy on matters pertaining to radiological safety.
