INTERROCATORIES OF Ihit.xveBOR ANGRY TO NRC STAFF Intervenor Anti-Nuclear Group Representing York (ANGRY) hereby propounds b Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 32.740b and 2.720(h)(2)(ii) the following interrogatories to the NRC Staff. These interrogatories are deemed to be continuing, and shall be supplemented in accordance with 10 C.F.R. g2.740(e). $

1. Explain the extent to which the conclusion as tb^the appropriate size y of the plume exposure pathway EPZ set forth in NUREG 0396 is dependent -+

upon accident probability calculations found in WASH 1400 E

a. State whether or not such conclusion was ever reconsidered in light of the NRC's revocation of endorsement of such calculations dated January 19, 1979 If yes, attach full documentation.  ;

2. Identify regulatory standards and criteria for control room design developed pursuant to findings and recommendations set forth in NUREG 0560 g8.3.3,  ;
