We have reviewed your let ter of November 7, 19 79, in reference to the inspection conducted at North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2 on October 9-12, 19 79, and reported in IE Inspection Report Nos. 50-338/79-40 and 50-339/79-53.
Our response to the specific infraction la attached.
We have determined that no proprietary information is contained in the report.
Accordingly, the Virginia Electric and Power Company has no objection to this inspection report be ing nade a na t ter of public disclosure.
