f h kN Swepco Tube Corporation Dccket No. 99900026/79-02 NOTICE OF DEVIATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on November 5-6, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in accordance with NRC requirements.
The Swepco letter dated June 12, 1979, in response to Notice of Deviations, Item A, Docket No. 99900026/79-01 enclosed with the NRC inspection report cover letter dated May 15, 1979, indicated that new welding procedures would be written to replace welding procedure No. H-304-IIN, Revision 4, and the new procedures would be incorporated into the system within a thirty-day period of the Swepco letter date.
Contrary to the above, during the current inspection it was found that new welding procedures to replace procedure No. H-304-HN, Revision 4, have not been written and incorporated into the system.
