G03-79-2253, N. O. Strand to R. H. Engelken, same subject, dated December 3, 1979.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e), your staff was informed by telephone on November 2, 1979 of a reportable condition involving the omission of vertical reinforcing steel in the shear wall separating the WNP-3 Fuel Handling Building and the Reactor Auxiliary Building. Attached is our final report concerning this deficiency.
All corrective action discussed in the final report will be imple-mented prior to our targeted placement of February 15, 1980.
