In reference to your October 31, 1979 letter (P-79250) to IE Region IV which requested relief from Technical Specification reporting requirements, we understand that you have referred this matter to NRR (Reference your November 29, 1979 letter (P-79272) to NRR, Special Projects).
As was discussed with you by our Resident Inspector, we consider NRR to be the proper channel for your request and therefore, no further action will be initiated by this office.
