With your application dated December 4,1978, you submitted Technical Specification Change Request flo. 85 to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review and approval, and included a Class II fee
' pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22. The application relates to Three Mile Island i
Station Unit No.1 (License No. DPR-50) Snubber Specifications.
I Based on guidance from the 0:iRR staff as a result of their review of your j
application, we have determined that the requested action is currently considered to involve a single safety issue. As such, a Class III fee i
of $4,000 is required rather than the Class II fee that you caid.
It is requested that an additional $2,800 be forwarded to this office as soon as possible.
If the final evaluation of your application by the 0:lRR staff reveals that this fee is incorrect, your Company will be refunded any overpayment or billeo for any additional amount due.
