Thank you for your letter of September 20, 1979, in response to our letter dated August 22, 1979. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. R. E. Blaisdell during a telephone call on October 12, 1979, is needed.

Specifically, for deviations'A&B state the specific corrective actions and preventive measures you will take

e. g. for deviation A - establish a new baseline copy of the PDM (historical copy) with a record of reviews, etc., and preventive measures will consist of Also state when the corrective actions and preventive measures will be completed.

Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
