R-98 Notice of Violation Based on the results of the t'RC inspection conducted on October 15-17, 1979, it appears tha one activity conducted at your facility was not in full com-pliance with it.:C requirements as identified below:

Contrary to 10CFR20,201(b), which requires that each licensee make or cause to make surveys (evaluations) as may be necessary to comply with the regulations in 10CFR Part 20, evaluations of net. tron exposures to personnel other than N-ray radiographers have not been adequate to demonstrate compliance with 10CFR20.101,
" Exposure of individuals to radiation in restricted areas".
This is an infraction.
