Upor receiving Supplement 5 to your Environmental Report for Greenwood Energy Center Units 2 and 3 early this year, we reactivated our environ-mental review of the Greenwood application. During a subsequent meeting, however, your representatives indicated that Detroit Edison has suspended licensing eff'rt on the project.
In view of these circumstances, we have o
