Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, and your application dated October 3,1979, Special fluclear Material License No. SNM-1097 is hereby rmended to delete the requirement for a separate radiation safety training progran for each working position in the fuel manufacturing operation. Accordingly, page A-42 of Appendix A dated 0:tober 3,1979, shall replace page A-42 dated December 19, 1975.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
We note that Amendment No. 8 to this license, issued April 23, 1979, which revised Condition 13, should refer to the emergency plan submitted February 28, 1979. Please change the date for the transmittal letter from 1978 to 1979.
