NRC STAFF REQUEST TO PRODUCE DIRECTED TO GARY HURSH AND RICHARD CASTRO Pursuant to 10 CFR Q 2.741, the NRC Staff requests that Gary Hursh and Richard Castro permit inspection and copying of all documents identified by them and their responses to the "First Set of NRC Staff Interrogatories to Gary Hursh and Richard Castro" which vere served on them contemporaneously with this Notice.
The interrogatory responses are due to be served on November 28, 1979. Although, 9 2.741 would normally provide 30 days after service for Messrs. Castro and Hursh to respond, the NRC Staff requests an opportunity to inspect and copy documents identified in those responses subsequent to November 28, 1979 at the time and place convenient to Messrs. Hursh and Castro.
