In response to your letter to us, dated November 2, 1979, transmitting the subject bulletin, we have determined that there are no Westinghouse BFD/NBFD relays being used or planned for use in safety-related systems at Crystal River Unit 3.
We therefore feci no further action concerning the subject bulletin is required.
