Dear Mr. Meiss:
In reply to your November 6,1979, letter concerning PG&E's intention not to produce any of the documents collected or prepared by its attorneys for use in the FERC dockets still in progress,the Staff wishes to inform you that it does not consent to that intention. These documents, as yuu described them, are " documents" subject to the Board's " Order Concerning Production of Documents" dated January 18,1978 (see Definition 4 of Part A of that Order, at p. 4), and we expect them to be searched, the respon-sive documents produced, and a list of documents withheld under a claim of privilege submitted to the Board.
