Dear Mr. Bixel:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 30 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your request dated September 28, 1979.
This amendment incorporates in the Technical Specifications restrictions to reduce the likelihood of uncovering the reactor core during certain plant conditions.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and Notice of Issuance also are enclosed.
