Modification MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (October 24, 1979)
In a motion dated Octo'aer 19, 1979, Applicant requests four additional weeks in which to respond to the Board's Order concerning intergranular stress corrosion cracking.
The Applicant's response was due to be filed on Octo-ber 19, 1979.
Since Applicant advises the Board that neither the NRC Staff nor the State of Illinois, the other parties to this proceeding, has any objection to a further continuance, the question of a timely filing will not be explored.
Accordingly, the Applicant's motion for an extension of time is granted for good cause shown.
