on January 27,197'? of construction activitics authorized by AEC

Construction Permit IIo. CPPR-40 and to discussions of our findings

This inspection was limited to the work completed in the repair of the

voids in the concrete for the Unit No. 1 containment structure ring

girder, 180" North. This catter was discussed in our previous Ictters

to you and your report te DRL dated Deccaber 28, 1971 and its ad-

dendum dated January 21, 1972. Within this area, the inspection

consisted of selective examinations of repair procedurcs, interviews

with construction personnel and observations by our inspector.

No items of nonconformance vere identified in the arca exanined during

this inspection.
