by AEC Construction Permit No. CPPR-40 and to the discussions of

our findings held by Mr. Varela with Mr. Stromberg and Mr. Wright
of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas arsmined during the inspection included records and repair
e
of the concrete voids in the North 180 portion of the containment
d
building ring girder, examination of concrete voids in the South
I
180 portion of the ring girder, and examination of procedures and
records pertaining to Gilbert Associates, Incorporated, surveil-
,
lance activities on the ring girder repairs. Within these areas,
t
the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
[
and representative records, interviews with plant personnel, and
observations by our inspector.

No items of nonconformance were identified during this inspection.
