THREE MILE ISLAND
The subject inspection t'eport is forwarded for your information.
The construction delays have worked to the advantage of the licensee
testing group, since they have more time than previously anticipated
to develop administrative controls for their test programs. Our in-
spector anticipates that the preoperational testing will begin within
a month. At this time the adequacy of the administrative controls for
the test program and the QA program implementation will be evaluated.
