This refers to your application dated May 29, 1979, requesting an amendment to the Model No. 181361 packaging.
Your application indicated a source holder change, that is Drawing No.13709A source holder for the proposed cesium-137 contents would be used in addition to the currently authorized Drawing No. 13709B source holoer for use with the present cobalt-60 contents. Your application indicated that drawings were attached, however, only Drawing No. 13709B was attached.
In order to complete our review of the proposed amendment, submit eight copies of the drawing for the cesium-137 source holder, Drawing No. 13709A.
Please advise us within (30) days from the date of this letter when this information will be provided.
