Dear Mr. Reid:
In a discussion with Mr. M. Rueben of your staff on August 1,1979, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) received a request for information concerning the Auxiliary Feedwater Pumps 1 & 2 (EFPP) Endurance Test.
This information has been obtained and attached are copies of operators logs documenting the start and stop timer for both EFPs 1 & 2 during their endurance runs. Also attached is a copy of Work Request #8999, used by FPC mechanics to document bearing temperature of EFP-1 during its test.
At this time, this is all the information that is available concerning these two pumps over the requested time period.
