Thank you for your letter of May 4,1979, in response to our letter dated February 14, 1979. As a result of our review, we find that additional infomation, as discussed with your Mr. P. D. Woods during a telephone call on May 14, 1979, is needed. Specifically, your stated action to prevent recurrence of Item B does not address the controls needed to assure that a review of accumulated post weld heat treatment time at temperature.will be accomplished.
Please provide this additional infomation within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
