Please find enclosed copies of a May 5, 1979 affidavit of Charles Edward Cutshall, which is to be considered a part of Save The Valley's Motion to Reepen Safety Hearings.

Save The Valley requests. a moratorium on concrete pouring at Marble Hill, that core sanples of the specific honeyecmbed areas in and around Safety I & II structures at Marble Hill be taken by the N.R.C . in the presence of a Save The Valley repre-centative, a subpoena of any and all Hewberg Constructicn Com-pany's quality control records of their concrete testing and inspection and inspection of the actual core samples, a subpoena of any and all records and inspection of any and all actual concrete cores of U.S. testing and inspection and any and all records thereon, and inspection of any and all concrete records and core samples of Public Service Indi ana .
