Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

C-c.n Item 11 of IE Bulletin 79-08 requested that Carolina Power &

Light Company propose changes, as required, to those technical specifications which must be modified as a result of our implementing items 1-10 of the bulletin. In response to Item 11, Carolina Power &

Light Company submits the following information:

At the present time, Carolina Power & Light Company's review has shown that no technical specification changes are required. As stated in our previous response to IE Bulletin 79-08, dated April 23, 1979, Carolina Power & Light Company committed to complete a detailed review of the events concerning the Three Mile Island incident by July 31, 1979.

In our continuing review of this event, should technical specification modifications be required, they will be proposed in a timely manner.
