Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter is notification : 3 per 10 CFR, Part 55, Section 55.33, that the Yankee Rowe's licensed operator requalification program may not be completed by December 31, 1979.
The reason for this concern and notification is the cancellation of the license date for our present R. O. class. The retraining schedule was based on this R.O. class being completed and these personnel being available for shift complement.
I will supply a completion date as soon as possible. Thank you.
