This refers to your letter dated January 29, 1979, in response to
our letter dated January 4,1979 and to a subsequent telephone
discussion between Mr. G. Kitchen of your staff and Mr. R. Ladun
of this office on January 29, 1979.
Based on information obtained during the telephone conversation, it
is our understanding that the required lock change described in
Item B of Appendix A to our letter dated January 4,1979 has been or
will be completed.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions
documented in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a
subsequent inspection of your licen 1d program.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings
of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special
nuclear materials and your facility security procedures are exempt from
disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to the referenced letter will not
be placed in the Public Document Room.
