Inspection on December 4-6,,1978 (Report No. 50-201/78 11)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced physical security inspection by two regional based inspectors.
Implementation of Accepted Security Plan and applicable License Conditions relative to: security organization; physical barriers; access controls; keys, locks and combinations; detection aids; response controls; central alarm and conmunication system; testing and maintenance; SNM protection; records and reports; and reports of incidents.
This inspection was initiated during regular working hours and involved 44 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.
Results: Of the 11 areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in nine areas; two apparent items of noncompliance were identified in two areas (Infraction - failure to maintain proper key and. lock control -
Paragraph 7; Deficiency - failure to establish written security procedures -
Paragraph 4.c).
