Gentlemen:
This concerns our review of the revised physical security plan - Morr1s Operation, NEDS 14507C dated September 1978 transmitted by your letter of October 12, 1978 as amended by your letter of October 15, 1978.
We have determined that your. revised plan as amended is acceptable. Se-cause this revision incorporates the requirements of most of the license conditions, we are rescinding in its entirety Section 1.0 and Appendix A of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-3 to your License No.
SNM-1265 and reissuing Section 1.0 as contained in the enclosure to this letter, effective upon receipt.
Please note that Condition 1.1 of the Security Plan includes the alphabet s uffi x.
This is a necessary control requirement as discussed in a tele-phone conversation between your Mr. H. A. Rogers and Mr. G. S. Podonsky, of the NRC staff on December 21, 1978.
We have established that the enclosure to your October 12, 1978 letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.

1.1 The licensee shall follow the security plan entitied,
" Physical Security, NEDS-14507C." dated September 1978, except as modified by these license conditions, and ex-cept as revised pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32(d) or (e).
1.2 No statement in the licensee's security plan shall relieve the licensee of a requirement of 10 CFR Part 73 unless granted in a specific exemption or exception set forth as a condition of this license.
