Dear Sir:
On December 10, 1979 we received a letter from Brian K. Grimes dated November 29, 1979 requesting that PGE submit information regarding estimates for evacuation of various areas surrounding the Trojan Nuclear Plant by January 31, 1980. Attached to this letter are the results of a preliminary study conducted for PGE which includes the ir. formation requested in the attachment to the November 29 letter. The reaults of this study have been reviewed by the appropriate local emergency agencies and there were no items of disagreement.
We would emphasize that the evacuation estimates given in this study are preliminary; the time frame required by the November 29 letter did not permit the completion of a detailed study. As part of the ongoing revisions to the emergency plans of the two
