On April 4,1973, tne Carmission issued Centruction Permits CPPR-170 L 171 for the '4arble Hill Nuclear Generating Statica, Units 1 & 2.
As recuired by 10 CFR 170.21, Puolic Service Ccr.:any of Indiana caid an applicaticn fee of 5125,C00 when :ne acoiication was filed in July 1975 and ccnstruction permit fees totalling 5975,300 (5311,600 for Unit 1 and 3154,200 for Unit 2) at the time the canetruction permits were issued.
In acccrdance with Footr.cte 3 cf Section 170.21, the costs incurred in the processing and issuance f the Marble Hill 1 ?; 2 construction cermits have been revie.ved anc they total 5359,339 for Unit 1 and $33,693 for Unit 2.
Since the fees caid of 51,100,300 exceed tne costs of peccessing and issuing the constructicn termits, wnicn total :593,C37, a refund of 5202,713 (577,211 for Unit 1 and $1:5,502 f;r Unit 2) is cue Public Service Ccc any of *nciana.
