THE U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY C0fG11SSION THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 3rd day of December,1979. by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hcreinaf ter referred to as the
" Government"), as represented by the UNITED STALES f;UCLEAR REGULATORY CCte!IS-SION (hereinaf ter referred to as the "Cc:ro.ission"), and VIRGINIA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND STATE UNIVERSITY (hereina fter referred to as the " Contractor"),
WITNESSETil THAT:
as hereinafter WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC-04-75-237 provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, including the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, a
- amended, fl0W, THEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:
Appendix A, attached to this supplemental agreement and made a 1.
part hereof, supersedes the Appendix A of Modification No. 6 previously incorporated into this contract for the period May 16, 1979 through May 15, 1980.
In Article III - Consideration, the sum "$275,061.97" is 2.
substituted for the sum "$270,632.00".
