REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT TO APPLICATION FOR OPERATING LICENSE, FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT AND ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT (Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2)
On December 18, 1979 we issued Amendment No. 3 to Construction Pemits CPPR-126 and CPPR-127 to add the Texas Municipal Power Agency and Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. as co-owners and co-applicants for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2.
By this letter, we request that you amend the Application for Operating License, Final Safety Analysis Report and Environ-mental Report to reflect the change in ownership and participation in this facility.
